If your map isn't quite right — a spot in the wrong place, a name to change, a note to reword — email hello@localmapshop.comwith your order link and what you'd like changed. We'll revise it at no charge until it's right.
Money back
If after revisions it still isn't for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of receiving your first draftand we'll refund you in full. No forms, no arguments.
If we can't deliver
If we're unable to make your map at all, we refund you in full automatically.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Once an order is refunded, its download link stops working.
