We want you to feel amazing about your map. If something isn’t right,
we’ll make it right — quickly and kindly.

Free revisions

Email your order link and requested changes. We’ll revise your map at no charge until it’s right.

Money back

If after revisions it still isn’t for you, ask for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your first draft. No forms, no arguments.

If we can’t deliver

If we’re unable to make your map at all — for example, because of an unforeseen issue — you’ll receive an automatic full refund.

How refunds are paid

Stripe refunds the original payment method, usually in 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Refunded download links stop working.
